2009: Chicagoland Appliance Repair was founded in Lakeview, Chicago, beginning as a small company with 2 technicians dedicated to fast, reliable, and affordable appliance repairs for local customers. Our early mission was to offer same-day appliance repair service because long wait times were common in the industry due to increasing demand and shortage of factory-trained technicians.

Our company quickly expands from Lakeview to cover major neighborhoods in Chicago such as Lincoln Park, River North, Uptown, Ravenswood, Andersonville, Rogers Park, and later on to suburbs including Naperville, Aurora, Elmhurst, and more. By the introduction of 2 new technicians, we added commercial appliance repair alongside residential.

2013: The business opens its BBB File. It is accredited, reflecting a commitment to quality service and business integrity, and maintains an A+ BBB rating.

Innovative Scheduling: Pioneers evening and weekend appointment offerings, plus emergency/next-day services at no extra cost, to further address the inconvenience caused by appliance failure.
